I booked and paid for three nights through Expedia. We were runnung a day late on the Camino so I emailed and called to tell them I would not be there the first night but would be there the next two. I did not want a refund, I just wanted them to know not to expect me that first night. When I arrived the next day, they said they had NO reservation for me and I would have to pay so I did. He acted like I was trying to rip him off. He also charged me more than you did for my bed. He was furious with me when he got the message from you that I had rated check-in poorly. He said I was trying to ruin him and his business. It was a very bad experience.
