Lucy is a lovely host, it's a charming place to stay and we felt very welcome with lots of help from Lucy.
Very clean and organized. Small family business run with attention to detail. Simple facilities, cuter than photos. Great location. Walking distance from bus terminal and town center. No English but they do their best to communicate.
Wonderful stay. Large rooms and comfy beds. Great location - close to the bus station and a short walk to town. Lucy and her team are very welcoming and breakfast is delicious. She is also very kind and will hold your bags if you go to the national park. 100% would recommend you stay here. All around a great experience.
Really good location about halfway between the bus station and the town centre. The host was helpful and friendly. We stored our bags while we went trekking and they were waiting for us in the room when we checked backed in. On our second stay we checked in late and left early the next morning. The host was there to meet us at night and had breakfast ready for when we left the next morning.
very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent
A little difficult to find is the only criticism. Otherwise it was clean, very friendly, with an excellent bed and a sperb breakfast
nice and helpful owner (Lucy). walkable to the center. however not much facilitiy in the room
Friendly staff, they cannot speak English though. They have flexible timing for breakfast and set the table for each guest separately. The room was super clean and quiet.
This is a charming BnB and would be ideal for backpackers wanting slightly nicer digs in Puerto Natales. The bedrooms occupy all of the second floor. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom and double bed. Value felt very good; breakfast was tasty and Lucy is incredibly patient, kind and sweet. We flash scrambled this location to stay at the last moment and were able to make it work. WiFi works fine. Lots within walking distance in terms of cafes and excursion companies.
Great location, perfect host, and cake for breakfast-what more could you want! Would definitely return to Casa Lucy!
