I had the unfortunate coincidence to stay at this hostel in two differeny cities: Córdoba and Barcelona. Here is why I will never go back there (Barcelona):
1. Passive staff: the guys hate their job and it is evident; they seldom make eye contact and they are not very disposed to help. The second shift guy was downright rude when I asked plain questions: for example they have a sign for tagging the food in the kitchen, and when I asked him where the tags are he said "we never had that system before", quite arrogantly!
2. The place is full of negative energy because you are forced to see the word "bi*ch everywhere you turn your head. Honestly whoever made those designs did an awful job; you are supoosed to encourage empathy not discourtesy!
3. It would have been nice to give a heads up that your hostel is undergoing maintenance and that there is drill noise all morning and a living room that is almost inaccessable due to the works in progress.
4. The bed matress is thin and not a good treat after a long day of travelling, and I had better matressess in cheaper hostels.
5. Overall gloomy and unwelcoming atmosphere due to the lack of furniture, a very badly-equipped kitchen, and an unreasonable distribution of rooms - apart from those hideous signs; please use a better language!
6. Apparently with your room card you can open ANY ROOM! I saw a guy entering a girls-exclusive room while he was looking for his room! So much for privacy!
