Great location, facilities and very kind owner!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very clean and it was great having the kitchen area and balcony included. The location was also very convenient, taking only 10 minutes by bus to get to Venice and around an hour by train to get to Verona. The owner was incredibly kind and, upon arrival, greeted us with champagne, information about a place we could get food (since we arrived late in the evening) and directions regarding how to get to Venice and a very near-by supermarket. She even allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel after we checked out as we had a late flight home! I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone wishing to travel to the area! Thanks for a great stay and for such friendly reception!

Pathetic landlord
Worst landlord ever rented out. Too.short tempered lady charged 60 plus euros for cleaning other than the rent. While checking out as well, she was shouting and blackmailing that she will call police when we returned little late to the apartment.

En la pag decia chek in de 15 a 20hs..Llegamos de Argentina No habia nadie em ese horario en el lugar..No teniamos wifi asi q unos vecinos llamaron durante 4 hs a la encargada q aparecio cerca de las 17 hs.Los vecinos dicen q esto pasa muy a menudo y la gente recurre a ellos..La sra Nicoletta q dice ser la dueña..fue insolente y agresiva con nosotras.Nos gritaba q mandó mail la noche anterior para q le avise por wapp 30 min antes de llegar.Le explicaba q estabams en viaje sin conexion .No escuchaba .Se puso agresiva y hasta pretendía q mi acompañante q no habla ingles SE VAYA AL CUARTO mientras CON PESIMOS MODALES Y AGRESIVAMENTE me explicaba sobre el funcionamiento de las llaves Hasta le cerro la puerta en la cara a mi amiga.Por sus gritos salieron los vecinos al pasillo!! No nos fuimos porque hace meses q tengo paga la estadía y estábamos cansadas despues de 13 hs de vuelo y no conocíamos el lugar. Pero fue una situacion terrible Nos cobro 4 euros x dia x persona de servicio EN EFECTIVO a pesar q en la reserva decia mucho menos El aire acondicionada lo cobra 10 euros por noche.y lo activa desde su casa asi q si lo necesitás graduar a media noche tenes q llamarla .Con ese grado de intolerancia y malos tratos no se q pasaría si la llamas .NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA MIENTRAS NICOLETTA ESTÉ A CARGO.

Think twice
Please think twice about booking ,need to pay extra 30 euo cleaning fee plus tax on top of the booking price. It's an apartment besides railway, very noisy, every room can easily hear orther room's noise, it's not a hotel, just roommate. Lots of mosquito can't sleep.

eine Wohung und kein Hotel
Das "Hotel" ist eine Wohnung in einem Hochhaus. Sie hat drei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und eine Küche, die man sich mit anderen Gästen Teilen muss. Es war alles sauber und man hat eine perfekte Anbindung nach Venedig. Man ist mit dem Bus, der 7-8 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt ist, in 10 Minuten auf der Insel von Venedig. Wer keine hohen Ansprüche hat und nur was zum Schlafen sucht ist hier richtig, aber ein Hotel darf man sich wirklich nicht vorstellen.

Lindo y práctico hospedaje
Muy bonita y amplia habitación, el recibimiento y explicación de la dueña fue excelente, y está cerca en bus a la zona turística de Venecia (10 minutos aprox). Adicionalmente el departamento está equipado con muchos implementos que facilitan la estancia (microondas, cafetera, cocina, shampoo, etc). Lo recomiendo, y volvería sin duda.

NO ES UN HOTEL
Esto es un apartamento privado, cuyas habitaciones se adecuan con una cama, todos los espacios son comunes incluyendo el baño, cobran una tarifa de 30 euros por "limpieza" pero solo limpian hasta que te vas. No incluye desayuno, gaste en una llamada internacional para poder contactar a alguien en el departamento que me abriera debido a que no hay recepción. Reserve para 2 noches, en la primera el aire estaba tan fuerte afuera que pegaba con lo que imagino era un refuerzo de las ventanas, el sonido era tan fuerte que no dejaba dormir. La segunda noche busque un hotel diferente.
