Lots of room for improvement!
Loved the area and walk to restaurant. Beach was covered with weeds, needing to be picked up or raked. Had no water during our stay for a shower in the morning. Came on and then lost it again.

Relaxing trip
Im thankful for Rosa and the lady in the office, i had an early arrival, and they were very accomddating. Very easy check in/out. There are near by restaurants and stores in walking distance. My choice for this hotel was for the beach access. The beach was amazing. Lots of cabanas and beach chairs to relax on.There are small restaurants on the beach and many activities. The hotel was clean and air conditioned. I would book another stay.

Bait and switch.
I paid for a 2 bedroom unit but when I checked in was only given a 1 bedroom. When I asked for a 2 bedroom, they offered me to a room at a different resort that had awful mildew smell in it. We couldn’t stay in that mildew smelling room and it wasn’t even the resort we booked. I asked for the one bedroom unit but with a reduction in my price to the one bedroom price. But they refused.

Although the location is great, the hotel room was the most disappointing room that I have ever stayed. The bed was very uncomfortable, the tv was 18 inches, the closet doors were missing, the bathroom was in very bad shape. The staff was amazing, especially Anthonio at the front desk.
