No one at home
The owners forgot that I was staying. There was no one at the address. I was buzzing the intercom and phoning the number and getting no response. In the end contact was made with Hotels.com and they assisted but I lost 2/3 hours from first buzzing the intercom, taking a walk, coming back, worrying more and more and finally the arrival of someone to let me in. This would put anyone off pre-booking accommodation!! The experience was very frustrating (I had paid in advance) and worrying. This B and B is poor value for money. The AC didn't work. The bathroom is tiny and cluttered. The shower door didn't close. The bathroom needs a total upgrade. The bedroom was airless. The bed was comfortable however and it was generally quiet (I am a light sleeper). I will never return to this place
