We enjoyed a very relaxing and accessible stay here. Getting the exclusive Henann transfer from Caticlan airport to Prime Beach was the BEST choice we made. It was followed by a quick and early check-in as assisted by Prime in the front desk (yes that's her name) She was helpful and patiently answered our questions. We were helped by Odon with our things and was also assisted by the morning guard on duty every time we will cross the short walk to Henann Main Beach side

This is the best hotel in Boracay, my second time here. The food is good, check in is fast, rooms are big and the staff is just the best, from the restaurantto the house keeping, specially the front desk manager Madam Charizze which goes above and beyond to help. 22 beach chairs with no umbrellas.
Beautiful resort and great breakfast buffet. Only downside of the resort was that there were only 22 beach chairs for the whole resort and no umbrellas for the beach chairs so if you were lucky enough to get a beach chair it was to hot to use it. There were tables behind us that had all the beach umbrellaa.
