I booked this hotel via Expedia, I was trying to check in and that room had really very bed smell of smoking so I asked to replace the room and the second room was also same. So I didn't check in and asking for the refund but my refund request was not approved. Decent cheap hotel, close to city centre & airport
Decent, affordable hotel. Great, central location in Saddar - easy access to the airport, PECHS, Defence & other areas. Twin room was adequate, although dusty and one of the pillow-covers had a small, dried bloodstain on it. Check-in could have been much better if the staff took a bit of care: they got our check-in wrong on 3 matters, mistakes that should have easily been avoided: 1. We were originally given a double room instead of the twin room we had booked. 2. We had booked and paid for 2 nights, but the staff initially told us that we had to checkout after 1 night. 3. The junior staff member also asked us to pay cash, when we had already paid via the internet. It is simple things like these that can be improved, for a much better customer experience. The breakfast food was decent, and reasonable variety and quality: yoghurt, cereals, bread, parathas, cakes and tea.
