Within the PECHS, near my destination office, near my associates' homes, etc. what else do we want? This hotel is very clean, although it's a bit old [30+ years] and most likely needing repairs [what was expected to work had worked!!!]. Staff are courteous. Parking is a bit awkward, due to construction in the vicinity, which is progress towards better times.
