リビング、ダイニング、寝室とどれをとっても十分なクオリティでした。さらに今回の感染対策として、事前にメールにて入口暗証番号をお知らせ頂き対面でのチェックイン手続きは一切無し。電話問い合わせにも親切にご対応頂き、宿泊当日は前日からの宿泊客が無かった模様で朝9時から部屋利用を融通していただきました。ありがとうございます。孫2人、弟家族3人での宿泊でしたが、皆大喜びで延泊リクエストが続いていました。 ゲレンデには目の前の第3駐車場からシャトルバスでの移動が便利です。好きな場所に連れて行ってくれます。我々はゴンドラとの行き来に両日利用しました。

とても洗練された、清潔で美しいところです！ 旅行が好きで国内外いろんなところへステイしましたが、この値段で、こんなにも快適で広くて綺麗な場所はなかったほどです！ 家具や家電もすべて上質なものばかりで、ラグジュアリーな滞在をさせていただくことがでぎした。 不便な点はひとつもなく、感動することばかりでした(^^) 私は白馬へよく行くのでだいたいの土地勘はありますが、初めての方も困らないよう、白馬のレストランなどおすすめの案内や情報がぎっしり詰まったファイルも日本語英語で案内されており、本当に至れり尽くせりのステイができました。 また、少し聞いてみたいことがあり電話させていただいたのですが、急なお願いもすぐに対応してくださり、とても誠実な対応をしていただきました。 全てそろっていて、何も困ったことはありませんが、HPにも書かれていますが、歯ブラシと調味料だけはないので、ご自身で持っていってくださいね！ないものがあっても、すぐ近くにローソンがあるので心配ないですよー 素敵な場所に出会えてよかったです！ また必ず利用させていただきます(^^)
