Hotel room is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is near airport bus pick up stop ie going back to the airport but airport bus drop off can be quite tricky especially if airport bus driver transferred you from 6015 to 6001. If dropped off across the street, you will have to carry your bag/s thru the underpass to cross.

Nice well located hotel very good breakfast. Room air conditioner temperature was centrally controlled & too hot but there was a window that could be opened to regulate temperature. Room cleaning was a little hit & miss but otherwise a good hotel

Great hotel
Great stay, good room , friendly staff. To get to airport was easy, the airport coach stops about 100m away and was a bargain - just ask reception for directions. There are 2 convenience stores on the road as well. Ate at the restaurant downstairs one evening, good quality. I will stay again if I revisit the city.

Sotetsu is very accessible to Myeongdon, malls,subway and bus stops. Its also walkable to some of the tourist spots such as Myeongdon Cathedral. Seoul Tower etc. The hotel room is very clean however, the hotel management should renovate CR particularly the wooden bathtub,wooden plank walls and blinds

Hotel location is walkable to night market. Room cleanliness still need to improve, there were some small stain on the bed, towel had some hairs from other people. Room is small due to a queen bed a single bed, causing not much path between dining table. Good to have a separation between bed and dining table. Toilet is big, can fit all the luggage in it.

Comfortable stay
We booked deluxe high floor room with the wooden bathtub. The room is spacious and comfortable with comfortable bedding also. Bathroom could do with additional hooks. It’s not practical when there’s only one hook and a couple uses the room. Bath size was great but it is tilted away from the drain so it doesn’t drain properly. We love the locker facility in the lobby.

People in the reception are rude, the check in time was at 15:00, I was there at 14:50, the room was ready but the person at the reception told me in a very rude way to come back at 15:00, so they took me 10 minutes standing at the reception. And after the bed in the room is on the floor that for occidental people is really uncomfortable.

Spacious and confortable bedding. The large table and bench was a great addition in our room. The room itself was quite dusty that caused us to sneeze more than usual for us non-sensitive individuals. There was an air purifier in the room, which helped a little. Bath tub/shower was a war zone as water got everywhere. The bathroom didn't have a place to hang towels. Location was great and the airport bus to Incheon Airport was just steps away. Self checkout was easy and fast. Would recommend for location and convenience.

Nice and quiet room
Entered the hotel at around 14:00 hrs and was immediately guided to the reception desk and was told that checkin is only at 15:00 hrs. And I could leave my suitcase there. I noticed other guest who could get into their room already at that time. But okay. I left and came back after 15:00 hrs and could do the checkin. Room on 16th floor. Nice large room and bathroom with that wooden bathtub (which I didn’t use). Breakfast - I slightly expected more options for a hotel of this size and for the paid price. But overall it was okay. Nice hotel, I recommend this hotel for a few nights in Seoul. Thank you

Must've been a beautiful building when it opened, but you can clearly see the wear and tear of this place. Place is not very clean at all, especially the bathroom. Dust everywhere - under the bed, under the table, bedframe. Walls are also very dirty. I was super itchy after sleeping the first night. Staff was great though in changing my sheets the next day. Great location, and great staff, but probably will choose nearby hotels instead of this one.
