we did not stay in the hotel because first night when we come to hotel , manger said we are sorry there is one room out of service , you can go to other hotel for one night and come next day , we go and we sleep 1 night in other hotel , we came back to this hotel and he told us there is no room with 3 single beds available now there is 1 single and 1 double, but or reservation 3 single beds , also he said we should pay extra money for 1 kid for sofa bed , after that he said the reservation canceled go outside , we take our bags to look for new hotel , very bad manager \ staff we are family only ladies and kids , and i made complain to hotels.com by call 4 times , so please we need our money back , and i will send you our new bill reservation to :billinghelp3@hotels.com ,
