MASBATE + PLACER + VILLA CARILLO = a fuir !!
l ile de masbate et SURTOUT la ville de PLACER ou se situe le " resort " n offrent ABSOLUMENT AUCUN INTERET NI POUR LES PLAGES NI POUR LE TOURISME NI POUR PLONGEE OU AUTRE ! LE RESORR VILLA CARILLO est un resort a l abandon qui a ete rachete en 2018 par un couple germano-philippin MAIS QUASI AUCUN ENTRETIEN N A ETE FAIT / vous etes prisonnier dans ce resort car la ville (placer = inexistante ) est tres loin , et il n y a rien a acheter ou manger a part dans le resort ( tres bonne cuisine ) mais TROP CHERE !! LA REGION EST BIZARRE, sans aucun interet ; Devait rester 5 nuits suis parti avant !! Deplacements tres longs et chers = uniquement habal habal ( moto) et van vers masbate city pour avion ! VILLE ET RESORT A FUIR !! Le couple de gerant a ete a mon avis deborde par l achat et les prix pratiques ( logement nourriture et services ) sont hors de prix pour la qualite offerte = tout le resort et plage alentour sont comme abandonnes !!
