We booked two nights, but only stayed for one. The photos on this listing were of a different room than we got. The room was around 7 feet wide and way too small for a couple with luggage. The outside tub was for only one person at a time. I asked for an extra futon for extra padding (the futons were maybe 2 inches thick) and there was an extra charge per night. On top of the size and lack of cleanliness, the walls are paper-thin and a loud family with screaming crying kids was next door and they kept us up late and again up early in the morning (not the hotel's fault, but something to take into consideration if you choose to stay here). The woman who ran the place seemed nice but she wasn't very accommodating. It's right next to the train station, but you can't really hear the trains. For the price, this wasn't worth it for us, but might be convenient and fine for someone else.

露天風呂付きのツインを利用しました。　必要充分条件をコンパクトに備えた部屋の外には　板塀に囲まれた板張で広めのプライベートスペース。　大きな白い洋風バスがひとつ、デンと据えられていました。風情にはほど遠いですが、ゆったりとお湯に浸かり夜空を見上げる事が出来ました。 宿泊のみでしたので、部屋の鍵の受け渡し以外で　宿の主と顔を合わせることも無く、ある意味気楽でした。

リーズナブルだが案外良い民宿
少し安いので不安があったが、お値段の割に部屋はそこそこ広さのある泊まるには十分な和室で、決して汚いとか狭いとかは無かった。 これまたお安い朝食料金だったので朝食をつけたが、女将さんが頑張って作ってくれた朝食はちょうどいい感じの量とほっとするレパートリー（ご飯、お味噌汁、卵焼き、少しのおかずに紀州の梅干しなど）で味も美味しかった。 白浜ビーチからは遠いが、白浜駅の真ん前で、空港からはタクシーで10分程度。 このあたりのロケーションでお安く泊まりたいという方にはかなりオススメの民宿です。 ちなみに女将さんのキャラは濃い目（関西人気質？）ですが面倒見のいい優しい方でした。
