The Hotel was ok. We ware at the beach the first day and the wave broke my shoulder. The sea was not stormy and it was ok when we were ind but the time we were on the way out a big strong wave hit us. My shoulder broke and we had both difficult to come out. The strong water would take us both with on the way back to the sea. We didn’t know anything about what strong the water is. I missed some information about the sea. Both at the hotel and on the beach.

The staff (and generally everyone in Bali) are so polite and friendly. I think this is my favourite country I’ve visited! I will definitely be back x. The hotel is very close to the beach and the beach is so peaceful and beautiful too

Second stay at the hotel, and its quite a nice hotel. No problems last time, but this time one of the rooms was not ready when we checked in (after 14:00) and when they did give us an access card, it didnt work. Hotel was not busy, so no real excuses for room not being ready. That said, the hotel is well priced, and nicely located for the seafood restaurants. Even tho there was minor issues, I would return
