We had a wonderful dinner and huge breakfast here and enjoyed staying overnight. It made the perfect stop for us between Copenhagen and Aarhus. We found it very quaint and authentic but also comfortable and clean. A special place to visit.

Lovely staff, very welcoming. Was fortunate enough to get upgraded from a single to a junior suite (amazing). Food & beer were excellent. Brilliant location. Overall I would give this place 10/10

This is very nice for an older property. The breakfast was awesome as was their service while we were there. The room was kind of small but that was to be expected. We would stay there again. Beautiful area to sit and enjoy the river behind the hotel.

En lidt blandet oplevelse. Der var desværre ikke styr på maden. Min kone lider af cøliaki og det var ved at gå galt flere gange. Derudover var noget af maden iskold. Den blev udskiftet, men der gik så lang tid, at vi ikke kunne spise samtidigt. Ingen beklagelse eller form for kompensation. Vi havde betalt lidt ekstra for at få et godt værelse, men det lå lige ovenover køkkenet, hvorfra der kom meget larm. Men ellers et godt ophold på et dejligt sted med venlig betjening.

Super værelser med miljø maden perfekt - måske lidt for stor portion forret Og så er beliggenheden jo aldeles fremragende ved Gudenåen - selvfølgelig især på en solskinsdag Personalet var fantastisk Der fås ikke bedre betjening - interesseret og opmærksomt personale. kan anbefales. Et nydelig sted for alle som like gamle autentiske bygninger og interiør. God mat, men servicen trakk litt ned.. men vi reiser gjerne tilbake.

Det var rigtig idyllisk og hyggeligt og flot natur.. meget flinke medarbejder.. men! At man skal betale 145 kr for 4 kopper kold te er for meget, når der plejer at være en elkedel på selv hotel værelser..og der var sand på gulvene man kunne ikke gå med bare fødder.. madrasserne kunne godt trænge til en udskiftning.ved godt gården er fra 1834 men det behøves sengene jo ikke at føles som om de også er og rengøringen.. men ellers meget godt.
