The air condition in the room was not working well. So we had to move to other room.
We had drink in the fridge for free which was very nice! Overall very nice dinner and all was nice.
Someone in this hotel needs to tell the cleaners to dust the rooms.Otherwise, it's an old, slightly jaded resort hotel that was nice enough to stay in.
Room has nice view of the river, with free Carpark, front desk staff and waitresses were all very helpful, breakfast and dinner were also good. If the onsen could be bigger would be great.
