The hotel has a solid structure and overall the experience was positive. Breakfast was one of the highlights — well-served, with tasty options including good cappuccino and hot dishes. However, a few aspects need improvement to elevate the guest experience.
On more than one occasion, I noticed that some of the breakfast dishes — especially the mugs used for coffee and cappuccino — were dirty. This detail can easily go unnoticed by staff but significantly impacts the guest’s perception and should be addressed more carefully.
Another point worth mentioning is the front desk service. One particular receptionist seemed unprepared to deal with international guests. I arrived around 9 a.m., knowing that check-in was at 3 p.m. After talking to him and mentioning that I would leave my luggage in storage before heading out, I spent a few moments in the lobby doing some research before leaving. Roughly half an hour later, the same receptionist approached me again — not rudely, but in a way that made me feel like I was being urged to store the bags and leave the lobby. It came across as a lack of hospitality, especially for a hotel that hosts tourists from different countries and cultures.
In summary, the hotel has good potential and facilities, but attention to details — both in cleanliness and guest service — would make the stay much more pleasant. I hope this feedback contributes to positive improvements.
