Perfect stay and location
I will start with the only negative, the stairs. It is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. But the owner will assist with getting your bags to the room.
The rest, is fabulous. The location is ideal. Steps away from the subway with all the activity of Hongdae a very short walk. But far enough to allow for a quiets night rest.
This is an officetel type location and there is so much room and conveniences. The full size refrigerator, stocked dishware, teapot, and microwave allowed us to save money by not going out for every meal and there is a convenience store next door.
The beds were very comfortable and the loft allows for plenty of room even with 4 people. Having the option of a washing machine is a huge help if trying to cut down on packing.
The owner is so accommodating. There was an error with our booking, and the 2nd bed in the loft had not been set up. He literally had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and could not have been more helpful. We also were able to check in early upon arrival. This was beyond helpful with 4 people and bags.
We were in Korea for our daughters graduation and this was the perfect location for traveling all around Seoul, whether it was walking, subway, or taxi. And returning to the room actually felt like coming home after a busy day.
We actually tried to extend our stay at this location after a change in plans, but unfortunately they were booked up. But without doubt, we know where we will stay on our next trip.
