Great Visit!
Very clean inside, though it appears this can be party central... evidence of that scattered outside in the parking lot, lol. Able to block out most light with blackout curtains, the kitchenette is lovely. I do wish there was a fan of some sort, because I prefer it cooler than most, and its hard to make that happen fast when it was 75 degrees when i walked in. But it is winter, im sure most people prefer it that way. All the amenities in the room were great! The 2 ladies I met at the front desk were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommended this place!

Roaches, stink bugs, ticks you name it it’s there. People live in these rooms and you see roaches coming from under the doors. We asked to change room and the other room smelled like pee worst ever

3-night stay
With the current pandemic in our country, it was better than expected. There was a bagged breakfast available, it was close to grocery stores and restaurants, and if you needed anything front desk was accommodating. We didn’t have maid service while there, but with the virus it was okay.

When I first arrived there we were given a a room that had not been cleaned so we had to go back to get another room they have a policy of only two pillows for a king size bed and blamed it on covid-19 the bed was terribly uncomfortable too hard

Dirty towels and wash cloth. Remote control didn’t have batteries in it. Rude front desk person. Have to pay deposit. Not a relaxing place, or welcoming atmosphere.

The room we stayed in was disgusting. First the room smelled like cigarette smoke and its supposed to be non smoking. Most of the the lights did not work. The floors were so sticky we could not walk around in our socks. We laid the towels down on the floor to walk back and forth to the bathroom. There was stains on the doors, walls, TV and light switches. Which tells me they did not properly clean that room and with covid running a muck, if that room was an example of how they clean I wouldn't put it pass that this hotel might be shut down. The cleaning crew needs to be retrained. Will never stay here again.

First I travel 2-6 times every year and stayed at many hotels. This hotel was very clean. However, customer service was horrible. Because of local young adults having parties in the hotels. I had to have a large security deposit which I was not told to me before hand. The check in clerk did not tell when the grab & go breakfast. Nothing about what the hotel offers. I had to sign 3 contracts about smoking and making noise. I have never experienced this in my life. The day of our check out two people knocked on the door and asked when I was leaving it was not time for my check out. The worst hotel experience in my life!
