The room was extremely to hot. The only provided 2 pillows, 2 guest listed only provided 1 face towel. No one eveey came to provided us with a fan, face towel or extra pillows.

The room wasn't cleaned properly it had trash from pervious stay the sink in the bathroom was clogged the remote for the tv did not work the window wall paper was coming off cold air was coming in and the heater did not work properly as well.

Bathroom not in good condition.
The room looked clean but when we looked in the shower the tub was falling apart and lots of caulking showing with discoloration. Looked like mold spots on the ceiling tiles and the fan did not work in our room. For paying $500 for two nights, I was very disappointed.

Screw this place
Where to start...? From the moment we walked into the room which had a hole in the wall I knew this was not going to be a pleasant stay. The hotels pet policy allowing dogs while I imagine is a comfort to some staying there made for sleepless nights as our neighbor left his barking four legged friend in the room all night. The end of the stay couldn’t come soon enough and much like the song Hotel California, we just couldn’t leave. Seeing as we were on the 14th floor and the elevators stopped working.

The room was ok. Bed was big. Worth the price for the balcony room. We should have been warned to make dinner reservations for the entire week on the day we arrived. Everything was booked many days in advance. Very frustrating having to order Door Dash when 2 good restaurants were in the building. Might stay here again, might try Mont Blue across the street next time instead

Outdated Hotel
Hotel is a bit outdated. Limited pillows that go flat. Bathrooms are sub-par. Old bathtub and shower head. Mold spots on the bathroom ceiling. Security came pounding at our door at 11:30PM for being "too loud" from a conplaint across the hall. Even if we were, they should've had a bit more courtesy. Give us a call first, don't come banging the door like we're about to get raided by swat.

All good except heater.
Everything was perfect, except the heater. It wasn’t operable and was stuck on scorching hear mode. I had to leave the window open at all times, and it only allowed to opened about 2 inches wide, and was locked beyond that point.
