Staff could not have been more helpful, they were awesome. Breakfast was great to look forward to every morning. The hotel is close enough to walk into town in 10 min and far enough away that it was quiet in the evening, also just 5 min from the beach.

This a quiet clean hotel with very helpful staff. The location is quiet and just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants etc. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I would stay again.

Staff members are lovely, pool/bar area and lobby are nice and clean but rooms are very dated. Location is good too, 10-15 min walk to the port, 5 min walk to the beach and a lovely promenade, bust stop to Alcúdia, Pollença or Palma round the corner. I’d say perfect for 55 and families with children

Great hotel

We had a lovely stay. Very clean, great food & friendly staff. We also had a nice surprise of a room upgrade so had a private pool that was shared by 8 apartments which was lovely. Would definitely return for another stay.

Excellent value for money in what is becoming a very expensive resort. Staff, from check in throughout were excellent, courteous and friendly. accommodation was perfectly adequate and exceeded our expectations,,,, Would definitely return.

Inviting atmosphere with very helpful and welcoming staff. The room we stayed in was very nice and suited our needs well. some minor issues including a shower rack that kept breaking, no regular sized bowls in the cupboards and no hand soap was provided but I would definitely come again. The beach was a 2 min walk down the road and there was a lots to do in the area. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice room, good location, hotel pool and bar were nice. Check-in a little slow as room key wasn’t working. Lift not working most of the time, not ideal for a family room when we had a pram and were on the 2nd floor.

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean, spacious and comfortable with superb staff and in a great position close to amenities, We did not have food included with our booking but did have breakfast in the hotel on our last morning which was good with plenty of variety. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that even though there is a fridge and microwave in the accommodation, no crockery or cutlery were provided. The Aparthotel is just a few minutes walk to a beautiful, clean sandy beach, some wonderful restaurants and the old town and marina just a short walk further, absolutely perfect!

Absolutely lovely. Really friendly staff, clean rooms and really fresh decor. The pool was really nice and walking distance to the beach. The food at the buffe was not that great tho (I recommend ordering from meny/lunch). The city Pollensa is really sleepy and family friendly (we didn’t expect that). Al in all really good hotel and the staff will help you with anything you need.
