The English speakers were good at providing service, however those were few are far between. The staff seemed very proud that they didn't speak English, despite this being an American chain extremely close to an international airport. I also called ahead of time to confirm there was an airport shuttle, only to find out there actually was none. So maybe its only for Brazilians? The rooms were small and dark, and was only provided a thin top sheet as a blanket. The AC was "running" but did not actually provide cool air, so the room is incredibly stuffy and poor circulated. There was mold present in the bathrooms and in the room itself. While the restaurant was surprisingly good, the rooms itself were dingy and the rude service from the night crew, who seemed more interested in conversing with each other than helping guests, really soured my impression of this hotel. I would avoid this hotel unless desperate. They do not welcome non-Portuguese speakers.

Recomendo o Ramada
Eu gostei da minha estadia, já fiquei outra vez no Ramada e geralmente oferece um bom preço se dividir o quarto com alguem, ficando em torno de 150 a 200 reais por pessoa. Oferece um bom cafe da manha e você pode tanto jantar no hotel por uns 70 reais ou pedir um ifood que foi o que eu fiz e comer no proprio restaurante do hotel. Tambem usei a academia e bem do lado tem tipo uma galeria com uns 4 restaurantes, tipo montana, sushi e etc. Acho que vale a pena para passar a noite para pegar o voo no outro dia. O uber da uns 25 na ida e uns 15 na volta. Eu fiz uma filmagem do hotel e desse trajeto até o hotel no meu canal e insta diario de um viajante Fabio.
