Travelled here as part of a group of friends/couples. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially the lady that ran the breakfast and lunch service. The grounds and site the hotel sits in are stunning and is a huge contrast to the nearby San Antonio. The rooms weren’t huge and didn’t have a tonne of privacy but these were minor details. Wonderful experience from start to finish! The communication pre arrival was great, so that the start was very pleasant, even arriving late. We had a warm welcome and you feel, that Zuz is managing the facility, as if it was her home and the guests are her best friends. One day we had a wonderful dinner with a lot of vegetarian options. I was not crazy about the wait to get the room. Overall, staffs were very nice and welcoming. the location is great for coves/beaches and near to the airport. Guests were nice people and kids.
