Beautiful hotel and well located - very close to Old Town but just on the outskirts so you can get some peace & quiet. Rooms are stunning, great shower pressure and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel buffet breakfast caters well for vegans.

Nice property and location. Not sure we would stay here again. We checked in at a busy time end of December, and were given low floor and in front of elevator. Asked to change to different location so that it is more quiet and because the room smelled moldy. Told to wait in our room and they could check to see if anything could be done. I had to call front desk to check, and heard in background “we are full and absolutely not moving them” by another person. We met manager, who was nice and gave thoughtful explanation and tried to find us another room in older part of building, but the musty odor was worse there (maybe the unpopular room wasn’t used for awhile?) so we ended up not moving. Overall, accommodations ok but felt that staff here have snooty attitude that we did not find elsewhere (we stayed at all 5 star hotels in our trip to Vietnam)

The hotel was in a great position along the river. The view from our window was amazing. The decor of the hotel was very stylish and classical. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The food at breakfast was fantastic with so much to choose from including Vietnamese dishes, lots of fresh fruit, breads, cakes, juices etc. I will definitely stay again. A real 5* experience. Thank you 💜
