Enjoyable stay with great views!
Beautiful hotel with a great view of the mountains until it started raining and fogging. Otherwise, the room was very spacious, clean and the location is quite easy to get around the town. Reception staff knows English and knowledgeable. 10/10.

The staff were very helpful (providing directions, transportation, hotel services). The staff on duty whose name I forgot went out of his way to arrange a transportation for me going back to Hanoi and also to Ba Cha. He was helpful from the moment I checked in to the time I boarded the limousine service for Hanoi. Ms. Lanie - I hope I got her name right - was very professional, and helpful. She made sure I had the correct information for the reservation another hotel staff was making for me to get back to Hanoi on time. She also gave me some information on the native culture of Sa Pa, which increased my knowledge of the local culture of Sa Pa. Thanks. I really had a pleasant stay in the hotel! Piolito B. Très bel hôtel, bien situé où tout est impeccable. Qq chambres sans fenêtres. Au lobby on eu de la difficulté à se faire entendre. Lent un peu et malheureusement une jeune fille ne connaissant probablement assez sa fonction qui devrait être plus ouverte. Pour le reste rien à dire.
