1. I booked a double room, but the sink was in the bedroom. There was a strange sewer smell. I wanted to change room，but was told that I could only change to a single room, so I didn't change. 2 There is a bathtub, but it has only a very narrow baffle. Even if you take a shower carefully, water will still splash everywhere. 3 The price fluctuates greatly. The one we booked one month in advance is twice as expensive as if you book two days in advance. Other four-star hotels in the surrounding area do not have such a large price fluctuation

Bekväma sängar. För svag belysning i det helt svarta badrummet. Mycket god frukost, men: klibbiga bord ( varje morgon), tallrikar och muggar saknades. Personalen som hade varken vagn eller bricka behövde springa fram och tillbaka. Den som organiserar arbete förstår inte vad efektivitet betyder. Onödig irritation för kunder och slit för personalen. Smutsiga/klibbga bord förstör hela upplevelse av vistelse. Synd.

På genomresa

Bra hotell med fin utsikt över älven. Mycket god frukost. Vi har bott här flera gånger men hade ingen koll på att Brännbollsyran hade flyttat in till stan och att scenen var precis utanför vårt hotellrum. Den smidiga och närliggande gratisparkeringen försvann i och med det och på köpet var det en högljudd förfest i grannrummet. Inte vår bästa natt i Umeå men lite får vi skylla oss själva, då visade dålig koll på att Yran började redan på onsdagen och dessutom inne i stan.

Badrummet. Inte alls bra. En klassisk design wanna be fadäs. Duschen trång fast rummet är stort. Å ingen möjlighet att hindra vatten från att stänka ut över halva golvet. Ingen möjlighet att fästa duschmunstycke så att man kunde duscha bara kroppen och samtidigt jobba med båda händerna. Svart kakel. Snyggt. Men i kombination med den subtila belysningen fanns inte en chans att jobba med varken hår eller smink framför spegeln. Det fick man göra ute i rummet. Inga hyllor eller ytor att ställa necessär och dess innehåll. Det fick man ställa på golvet i detta stora rum. Konstigt prioriterat. För övrigt kändes rummet och hotellet väldigt bra!!

Check in ostoskeskuksen käytävällä, kuten myös aamupala, ei kovin kiva. Ei jokinäkymää. Aamupalalla lautaset ja kulhot loppu, joten sai syödä kahvikupista. Tv:tä ei voi katsoa koska pätki koko ajan. Ei minijääkaappia, vaikka n. 100 e hintainen huone. Check outin jälkeen laukkusäilytystä

Fina rum även om vi hade otur och fick utsikt mot stan istället för mot älven. Positivt: sminkspegel med belysning, jättefin frukost, allting rent och fräscht, sköna sängar, bra temperaturinställning Mindre bra: saknade nattduksbord! saknade krokar lite högre upp på väggen nära handfatet, nu måste man hänga handdukarna nästan nere vid golvet. Onödigt krångliga knappar till belysning, vad är det för fel på vanliga strömbrytare? Väldigt mörkt i badrummet, även när belysningen var tänd. Svårt att se hur man skulle sätta på duschen.
