The stay was okays until we found bed buds clawing out from my daughters pillow. Immediately called the front desk, house keeping guy was sent up n confirmed is bed bugs. Took photos,called his boss. The guy wss good, apologise to us regarding the unpleasant experience we had . Hotel offer to us changed of room (i mean we have to except it bcos is like close to 2am) waited for someone to pass us the new room key, when the reception staff arrived at hotel room door step, he give us a look like we are causing him inconvenience, pass us the key, didn't said anything , not even bothered to offer to send us to the new hotel room, go to the lift lobby and can't wait to go dowm, leaving us in shock. The whole night until we checked out, no one bother to reached out to us, checking are we alright, how are we doing after traumatised by the bed bugs. Feedback to the manager on duty only given his name card said will be dropping me an email regarding the whole incident. I am kind of disappointed with Hilton Group services.
