" Wow, what an experience. First a disclaimer that I do believe that the administration could invest in doing some cosmetic maintenance on the property like refurbishing the pool, redoing some woodwork, and another example my shower head (room 503) needed replacing, It was spraying all cockeyed. My sink would also clog up immediately. These are little things that add up. BUT! The customer service here is out of this world. You feel genuine appreciation from the staff about your visit and your experience here. I really was not expecting that, especially considering that you just never know when traveling internationally but the people here are amazing. The wait staff is amazing. The hotel staff is amazing. The restaurant food is outstanding! On top of just the stay itself, the hotel is very interactive with different amenities for purchase. (we rented a golf cart for a day and had a blast! Side note: administration would do well by upgrading the ones they have now because they aren’t running the best these days we had to switch our cart assignment twice due to that). They also have classes for the guests, they have a group chat where they post the actives for the day before. I can’t wait to go back and I actually hope to use their member and try out their other locations.
