My only critasisum is the breakfast buffet was very disappointing, all the "hot" food was cold the choice was very limited no espresso overall it was limited😮‍💨 otherwise, the rooms where nice, the check in and room house keeping service was good and the Family friendly pool was great, hotel location was perfect and nice lobby

Very disappointed, won't go back.
Hotel has a lot of issues. Ad stated our room would have a view of the beach which it did not. Plumbing leaked and bathtub is not safe. Internet was TERRIBLE! Woke up one on our 3rd day there to no water service. Phone to desk didn't work. Went to the desk and they said it would be back on in 30 min. Can't use toilet or sink and after 5 hours hotel began to smell bad. Finally had to check out 3 days early and move to a different hotel. Good location, nice pool, and nice staff but won't be back.

Liars!!!!
First off my room was never reserved, then I supposedly got upgraded to two single beds facing the noisy pool, no internet or TV the last couple of days, and I found out I was double charged the last two days on my credit card after I paid in cash! Don’t get ripped off like I did! And no one will return my emails or calls! Not happy! Oh and no safe in the room!

The property is in prime location right next to the beach and shops. Really nice staff, clean rooms and area, definately would recommend. A slight downside is that the Internet can be a bit slow when outside of the main building but otherwise excellent accommodations.
