Comfortable and great service
Their service from staff is exceptional and always make you feel welcome. I am not sure if my room rate included my room being made up every day, but it wasn't cleaned daily. The hotel also is popular with weddings, holding 2 on each the Friday and Saturday night, this can create noise from other rooms. Reception did act when I complained about a room party in the room next door at 1am. If concerned about noise, book a room which has no interconnecting door as the noise does travel between rooms. I did enjoy my stay here.

We were here for an extended stay for a demise in our family. The hotel staff went above and beyond their duty to make us feel at home. The rooms need some updating but overall the hospitality of the wonderful staff makes this hotel stand out.

Overall pretty awful. To get rid of mosquitoes they put kerosene and pesticides in the vent. The vent was pumping out air in teh kitchen area and we had to inhale noxious fumes. The bathroom didnt have basic stuff like hand showers. The breakfast choices were limited and substandard. Overall not worth the price. On the positive side the hotel is on a very large property. So there is ample space to walk. This is simply amazing. Also the staff is extremely pleasant and goes out of their way to keep you happy. So all problems are due to pathetic management
