Underwhelming
Bed was small, i think we were in an ada accomodation room. The guy at the front desk barely spoke, likely didnt know english. The room was sparsely furnished with only one chair. The furniture was worn, bed small and uncomfortable and the tv was so low it couldnt be seen comfortably from bed, plis only one chair. This was a last minute stay on a holiday weekend, but ive come to expect a little more from Quality Inn than just basics.

First night was ok, there was a group of Latin workers next to us made some noise with talking outside, the next night they were drinking and talking loudly til after 10:00 pm, with loud music, I think they were regulars and working nearby. I definitely complain the next day since I could not get ahold of anybody at the desk at night!

Not well kept up
The manager was hard to understand, the hotel was not maintained well. The bathroom wall had pealing Sheetrock, toilet seat was well worn and it was so loud, lighting was poor, one of the electrical plug was exposed and the mattress was lumpy. It was not a Quality Inn.

Place is a dump, chipped sidewalks, poor paint, pealed back metal, pool closed full of algae, leaking AC from upper floor, floor balcony is sagging, no breakfast, foul cleaning smell in room that does not go away, torn curtains that don’t close, poor paint job, chipping paint, dirty hardwood floor, no hair dryer, no luggage rack, bed is too hard, bed lamp out, has iron but no ironing board, building is next to a sewer pond with foul smells

The room was clean and comfortable. Outside Maintenance has been ignored. Water level of the pool was down and the water was green. Walkways were cracked and uneven. At one time walkways were top-coated but the top-coating was in terrible shape. New plank flooring in our room but no transition from vinyl planks to bathroom tile floor, it was uneven. Molding on the door to the outside was heavily damaged by I’m guessing a dog that didn’t like being left alone.

How do I start, I had reservation with Quality (that's a joke) Inn and Suites in Minden, NV this last weekend. when I arrived parking lot was full of garbage and hotel looked run down, nothing like photos online.. I checked in hoping room would be better. I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs, no working elevator. I had to go past the pool that was a third full of water and totally green. Not only is this disgusting but I'm extremely allergic to insect bites and this looked like a mosquito factory. The room had a HORRIBLE smell and I didn't even want to put my belonging down on the floor or the bed. The beds looked like they had been remade sloppily not cleaned and the window curtains were broken. The entire vibe was so bad that I did not feel safe nor feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot. I am a 59 year old female traveling alone. The smell was so bad I immediately got on the phone and found another place to stay that cost me 3 times as much but I had no choice.

I looked at the two rooms prior there needs to be a health inspector notified there in Minden. no refund was given as i booked with your agency further i didn't spend any nights there. would not recommend that quality inn to anybody.

Don’t check in, find any other location in Minden. The dilapidated driveway and sidewalks should of been a clue how run down this property is. Office was dimly lit, clerk was rude and difficult to understand. He told us there was no breakfast available, No Coffee in lobby, said we should go to Starbucks nearby. there was no working wifi, during our 2 night stay for an event. our room had dangerous uncovered electrical plugs. Possibly removed for painting as the walls were patched but not finished. The bedding was stained and faded. One bed only had a single sheet on it. We had no towels, but there as no phone to call front desk, we had to walk to lobby and ask. Pool was half full of smelly green water, clearly several months of neglect. Lots of Trash, cigarettes, beer cans throughout parking area. No ice or soda machines. No elevator for handicap access to second floor rooms. To have the quality Inn name, they need to be inspected, not just below standards, downright disgusting. Other guests were allowed to park motorcycles on sidewalk in front of rooms, restricting us from walking to our upstairs room. (We requested first floor due to mobility issues but he said nothing avail) there was no indication that property was under any renovations, free breakfast wasn’t available, and wifi was inoperable. Choice hotels and Expedia need to warm customers it’s far from advertised! Downright disgusting

A worker walked into my room within one second of knocking despite the safety lock engaged. There was no time to respond and they just walked right dead. This did just happen to me, but also my coworker who was getting out of the shower. They need to figure this out because that is not OK anyway. You could also see where the other lock had been completely torn out By somebody violently opening the door. The plus is that it’s very cheap. At least the beds were fairly comfortable. The shower worked. The place was relatively clean just the property around. It is slightly sketchy. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. But I would never come back here due to the way they handled entering The rib was no time to respond.
