Nice property, good facilities, however the overall experience is just good and that is because of the staff: they didn't answer my message prior to my arrival, it was our honeymoon and I wanted to organise something special, I could see via Expedia that they read my message, check-in was awful, basic, without explaning the facilities etc, mini fridge contained 1 large bottle of water and 2 small awful juices with straws, a big joke, most of the staff couldn't speak english, but the biggest problem we had was with the attitude of some of the bar staff, no customer service at all, management is of a low level, i went to 2 of them to complain about one of the guys in the bar, they didn't apologize not even once or to say that they will take care of it, actually the next day the same staff member was even worse. Entertainment team was the best, kitchen staff was great, even dough they are back of house, they have more customer service than any other front of house member, but again sadly was anyone in that property to speak english at a conversational level. Elevator is a problem as well, just 1 elevator, and was busy all the time, posters inside are not updated. Dining area is like a canteen, cleaning staff is very noisy.
