It was like being in a Japanese Disney location. Bright, colorful, lots of people. Restaurants were good. We were not pleased with the pillows and beds. Pillows flat and hard, beds were hard. Staff was awesome and everywhere was very clean.

I really enjoyed my visit to your geautiful hotel, the view from my room was amazing. The rooms were immaculate, very clean, and the hotel staff were very helpful, and polite. Next time I come to Okinawa, I will stay at your hotel. ( Vessel Hotel) and plan on staying longer.

Just delightful in every way. The staff are all so helpful and kind. The property is pristine from top to bottom. The location is ideal, the best on the block. There are eating choices everywhere, convenience stores, souvenir shops, even a Make Man nearby! Just the best stay I’ve ever had in a hotel. They bring you anything you need promptly, have a laundry room that’s clean and convenient, and again staff are just the best! Would love to stay there again. I stayed there nine days without any complaints. I highly recommend it for all.
