The shower in the bathroom was clogged. The carpet and the Sofa in the room were stained. The Room Boy did not vacuum and clean the glass table properly. The Bathroom door was making squeaky sound and brushing on the frame. Waiters in the Coffee Shop need to be trained and should maintain high personal hygiene. Sabudana Khichadi was too dry. Juice stations were not attended and filled for 10 minutes. The Reception staff said that I am allowed to pack my breakfast, however when I asked the Coffee Shop guys they refused. I had to argue with the waiter, as there was no Duty Manager on duty. To address the above issues they offered me free laundry and cancelled 1 day breakfast - appreciate that. Overall the hotel needs to put in more efforts on cleanliness and training the waiters.

King size Bed was uncomfortable. Raised in the middle and slopping on the sides. Five Pillows but all flat Had to call a hard piece. Towels were not upto rhe mark for a hotel of your standing. Should be far better. Killed a cockroach in the bath area.

Perfect stay for family with children
We had an amazing stay at Conrad. The rooms are spacious and the room cleaning staff kept the room very clean and tidy. The gym and pool area is very well maintained and one of most clean facilities that i witnessed so far! The service offered in restaurants is fantastic! Our daughter travelled first time to India, so we were careful with food and water. The kitchen staff (esp. Milind, Vishal chef and Shyam Chef) was outstanding and made special food for our daughter! Pooja Mallya was fantastic to provide us great support throughout our stay! If one thing that I would recommend to improve is, to manage the private events in more professional manner. The music at times was very loud that ran until 2 am and was disturbing. Pooja was very receptive of this feedback, which is great! All in all a fantastic stay!
