Unhelpful Staff and Disappointing Amenities
My recent stay at The Westin, Goa was an absolute disaster. The hotel staff, specifically Gaurang and Radhika from the reservations department, were incredibly unhelpful and made my stay a complete nightmare. From the beginning of my stay, I encountered problems with my reservations. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate my needs and preferences to Gaurang and Radhika, they failed to accommodate my requests, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. When I tried to speak with Gaurang and Radhika about my issues, they were dismissive and condescending, showing no concern for my comfort or well-being. Their poor communication skills and lack of professionalism made it impossible to resolve any of my issues, leaving me with a terrible impression of the hotel and its staff. In addition to the unhelpful and unprofessional staff, the room was dirty and poorly maintained. The sheets were stained, the bathroom was moldy, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. I felt as though my concerns were ignored and my needs were not taken seriously. The hotel amenities were also a disappointment. The pool was small and unclean, and the gym was poorly equipped. The food was mediocre, and the prices were exorbitant. Overall, my stay at The Westin, Goa was a complete disaster, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff, particularly Gaurang and Radhika, were unhelpful and unprofessional, and the hotel amenities were disappointing. Save yourself the hass

Worst Hotel Experience Ever: The Westin Goa
I had an absolutely horrendous experience at The Westin Goa. I would strongly advise against staying here. The staff were rude and unhelpful, showing zero interest in making our stay enjoyable. The room was dirty and smelled terrible. The air conditioning was broken, making the room unbearably hot and stuffy. The food was overpriced and tasted terrible, and the service in the restaurant was incredibly slow. To top it off, there were loud parties going on late into the night, making it impossible to get any rest. All in all, The Westin Goa is a terrible hotel that I would never recommend to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

Amazing place for a family vacation
We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the view was amazing. The breakfast spread was extensive mainly for the vegetarian/vegan crowd. We were here to celebrate a special occasion and were glad that we stayed here. During our dinner at the "Thyme and Ash" restaurant, the staff gave us personal attention and ensured that we had a wonderful time. The chef came to our table multiple times to ensure the the food was to our liking. Their wood fired sour dough Pizzas are a must try dish. Special thanks to the restaurant manager and all the staff at Thyme and Ash. That being said we did feel that, their breakfast spread could do with a few more non vegetarian options. And personally I felt that the swimming pool was not as large and would start to feel a bit crowded if there were 7 or 8 people in it. On the whole as a family we had a fantastic time staying at The Westin Goa and were already planing on returning back here soon on our way back.

Very nice property with super friendly staff. We had really good time here. Breakfast buffet was awesome. We had good food at the "market" restaurant. There is a taxi stand right outside the hotel entrance. We used their services several times. They were not the cheapest but very convenient, professional and friendly. Couple of minor issues: There was a confusion about the "free airport shuttle" that we had paid for. 1. For the pickup from the airport, there are only 2 pickups per day. Our flight landed slightly after the pick up time. There was no flexibility with the pick-up time. So we had to make our own arrangements. 2. While checking in, we were told that we did not have "free airport shuttle" included with our stay. We had to go back-and-forth several times to prove that we indeed had that included. Even then, I was not sure until the day of the departure. Their responses were vague. But ultimately they provided a nice car with a driver. So, it worked out fine in the end. Just wish we did not have to jump through the hoops. We did not appreciate the loud music playing constantly in the common areas. Wished they would tone it down a notch.
