Wonderful stay with a breathtaking view of the sea. Staff were warm, friendly, and very hospitable. Room was adequately sized for two adults and three pieces of small luggage. It was 90F during our stay and the air conditioning felt like a cool breeze from heaven. Breakfast was filling, fresh, and hosted in a gorgeous dining room with sea views. Thank you, Hôtel Vendôme!

The hotel is on the seafront, there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk. 15 minutes to Menton railway station where you can be in Monaco in 8 minutes and Nice about 30 minutes. The reception staff and manager were very nice and helpful.

Location, location, location! Hotel is perfectly located, just across the street from beach, shops and restaurants. The downside is that it needs to be renovated , it’s old and run down, a/c doesn’t really work that well, rooms are warm with a/c running, walls are dirty, beds are worn down.

Nice and clean hotel on the beach
We had 3 nights at this nice hotel in Menton. The reception area was large, with a bar and a lounge area. The room had a good size, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet it night. The hotel is facing the beach on one side, and a shopping street on the other. We would like to return to this hotel in the future.
