Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur
"The ultimate hotel in Kuala Lumpur. We stayed in late July 2026, and this was our fifth visit to Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur. We are definitely ‘Fans of Mandarin Oriental’. There is not much not to like about this hotel. The main reasons we love it are - Best pool in KL overlooking KLCC Park. The pool crew are amazing. - Every staff member treats you like royalty. - A central location, an easy walk, Grab or train ride. The main thing we don’t like about the hotel is the bathrooms - they are on the smaller side. Yes, the rooms are a tad dated, but they are still very comfortable and very well looked after. We recommend the Club and the ‘Corner Park View Room’ as ways to elevate your stay at this property - the park view is definitely our preferred over the KLCC towers. As with most Mandarin Oriental properties, the staff are the highlight. They are super hospitable and go out of their way to make your time with them something special. We definitely recommend this hotel as the best place to stay in Kuala Lumpur."
InterContinental Kuala Lumpur by IHG
"The staff all deserve a mention as we have never had such fantastic customer service from the moment we arrive at 2am until the moment we left. Genuine lovely friendly and helpful staff members. Thank you"
Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur
"Overall stay was nice. But had to ask a number of times for more water. Also felt the hotel didn’t clean the rooms as often as other hotels."
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Kuala Lumpur
"The hotel was very good once we had got over the issue of not initially having enough beds, towels or other things for the 3 people on the booking. We were told this was because we had not filled in the correct forms on the website and they wanted to charge us extra but this charge was then waived. Although a little out of the centre of KL, there is a station 3 minutes walk away to get around and the underground system is extremely clean and efficient. Overall, an excellent base for a city break."
Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur
"Very modern family friendly hotel. Highly recommended, the mall is adjacent to"
Hilton Kuala Lumpur
"Perfect hotel next to KL Sentral. Clean modern rooms, nice breakfast with a huge choice and very helpful and friendly staff an excellent experience."

Antara Genting by Harvinton Mansion
"The security is not well equipped about the Antara Genting faciltiy Education and information needed to be given to them in order to direct the customers there One of the security said there is no sauna available but infact there is one in the gym. Otherwise my stay was ok beside the microwave and the hot plate was not working in unit 4901. I should have asked for help but it was over and it was ok overall. I love the stay, it was top notch actually."
Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur
"Staff very helpful. Was clean and comfortable"
