Chegamos e nós colocaram em um quarto fedido, banheiro cheirando xixi Terrível Pedi para alguém ir limpar o quarto pelo menos Trocaram a gente de quarto por um aparentemente limpo, fomos para a piscina que não estava lá aquelas coisas de limpeza , mas curtimos e quando fui pedir uma toalha ficaram falando que só para alugar( até aí tudo bem) mas mandavam eu ir buscar e eu falava que não tinha toalha ali eles diziam que tinha , mas não saíram de trás do balcão para resolver. Tirando que um fica falando alto para o outro por onde vc reservou o hotel que se fosse por eles eles iriam buscar, mas como não foi então não tinha o que fazer. Tive que ir no quarto buscar a tal toalha

O hotel não entrega o preço que se paga. Instalações antigas e mal acabadas, cerâmica e forro mal assentados. Produto de limpeza com odor excessivo. Chuveiro com regulação péssima (ou frio congelante ou calor escaldante). Café da manhã igual e pobre todos os dias.

Hotel bom, bem localizado, quarto espaçoso, limpo e tranquilo. Cama muito ruim e colchão péssimo. Se uma pessoa mexe de um lado, a outra quase cai do outro lado. Recepção com atendentes sem nenhuma simpatia. A recepcionista do café da manhã era muito simpática, totalmente diferente da recepção.
