For any one thinking to select the phoenicia express hotel they are far from the city center like a 20 minutes , and from the otp bucharest airport like a 15 minute, about the pool is great and the sauna too , about me if i’ll back i’ll receive hotel at the city center closer for anything,who’s wanna to book those hotel just rent a car from nextrental car’s they are good service and new’s car’s .

Close to airport so out of main town
Lovely large rooms, nice bath in the suite. Nice toiletries, toothbrushes even Very quiet so a little odd, felt like we were only guests. One odd thing, we asked for some milk for the coffee making in room and there was no milk (in the whole hotel?) Would recommend as a short stopover but it is a bit too far away from things for along stay.

In need of repair and update
We have a long standing relationship with this hotel, but sadly, it is no longer the kind of hotel that we would enjoy staying. The hall carpets are stained, the odor of the sheets, pillows and draperies in the room smell of urine. The bathroom ceiling tiles are water stained and many of the rooms have no carpet in the sleeping areas. Some of the air conditioners are no longer functioning. The swimming area and the sauna are nice, but because of the lack of upkeep it makes this hotel disappointing.
