Room was good, the one we had offered a full kitchen. We were there a night so it was not used. Bed is sort of a sofa bed, it was comfortable. Parking is limited and cost is $20, they use a car lift for parking. We have a truck so we found free street parking. Had no issues with safety. We walked to concert venue. Look for pedestrian crossings. It was dark and rainy so we missed it and I was almost hit by a car. Not hotel fault. Skip the burger bar, over priced and barely edible.

We went to a concert at The Truth, so this was a great place to stay since it is only a short walk away. Crossing the street and over the railroad tracks is a little treacherous at night. Parking is a little difficult you have to back into a spot that has rails and it is very tight between vehicles. There are 3 or 4 street spaces if you time it right. TV is only streaming so know your passwords to your streaming services if you want to watch. Our room had a washer/dryer and full kitchen if you plan a longer stay. The area is recently gentrified, so there are a number of high end stores and restaurants. The hotel has a bar/restaurant and a pantry with drinks and snacks. If you are going to a concert at the Truth it is the best place to stay for the value and location.

Staff was friendly and check in/out process quick and easy. The room is spacious and has everything you need/want for a short term visit. Loved having access to a washer/dryer although the dryer took a very long time to dry the towels. Dryer put out heat it just didn’t seem to dry the towels, took a very very long time. The bathroom is huge and the shower is the best. Very little noise at night do getting a good nights sleep was not a problem.

Front desk staff had zero urgency. When I arrived, I was #6 in line and when I was done there were about 10 behind me. I get that computers only process so fast and whatever, but she was 100% unbothered. Hotel was noisy. Not the people in it, but the actual building. Doors were loud and keypad entry was loud. Like wake you up loud. Rooms and building were beautiful though! I’d stay again and just prepare for a slow check in and bring ear plugs.
