En la primera habitación que nos dieron la 402 no funcionaba el Internet se les estuvo rogando tanto a La. Se veía una señora grande como si fuera la dueña o Gerente este que iba a poner cartas en el asunto pero los tres primeros días que estuvimos así, nunca tuve Internet en la habitación la tele obviamente como no tenía Internet, nunca se pudo conectar, no servía, la cafetera, no cerraba bien. La puerta del baño entraba en un Chiflón horrible en la zona de la regadera,. Como si nos hubieran dado la habitación de los empleados,. las tijeras de la cocina, no servían todo mal al cuarto día nos cambiaron de habitación. Ya servía el Internet y nos mandaron una botella de regalo de Spray. Por la mala experiencia anterior. La alberca estaba fuera de servicio y la verdad es que todo mal la última habitación no estaba mal, pero sólo me quedé ya una noche más, ahí me quedé seis días más en Tulum, pero me cambié de hotel
