Family vacations at Veracruz
Front desk attendant Wendy was very polite she attendant or needs with a superv service . She had no problem and attended my request for a second key for both of the rooms I rented . The room was very comfy and had a good view of the city and part of the shore line . The bell boy was very help full in pointing near by places to start our vacation adventure in the city . Our car was taken by car valet and was very good taken care off it was parked very near the hotel parking lot that has closed circuit cameras . The location is awesome of the hotel every thing and I do mean everything is in a walking distance . Give this hotel a try you will not be disappointed . Also try the bar it is a small one but the music is loud and really good our lady d.j was the best she took in requests from our table . Had a piña colada a cuba libre drink and some beers!! Very affordable prices . Thumbs up again for all staff ... Only the manager at the time he was very serious person would hurt if he would be more friendly and pop a smile from time to time . Customers love to feel welcome and appreciated ... Thank you Wendy again you are the best

Mold and moisture everywhere. No AC in the hallways- yikes Well, I just stayed 2 days in this hotel, located directly at the sea promenade. We had to change the rooms 2x due to massive mold odor anywhere. This is a place to become asthmatic if you stay more than 2 hours in these rooms. Avoid the third floor. It reeks of mold as they are cheap and don’t use ac in the hallways. Especially the third floor is outright disgusting. Their superior rooms aren’t bad but not worth the money at all. You get a coffee maker and at least the air condition. I stayed in room 222 which was more or less satisfactory although no sea view at all. It’s an old, decrepit hotel which caters to locals. It’s straight out of 1965. Don’t trust any reviews above 2 stars as people in these hotels don’t know better. I stay another couple of days at the Doubletree , much better. If you can afford it, just get a real hotel instead of this shed. Staff was nice but not really helpful. Why should they….they have to deal with these hordes their entire life.

No me fue nada bien, MALA EXPERIENCIA
Al llegar tardaron un poco en darme la habitación por que manifestarón (entre los de recepción) que si era King o matrimonial "por lo que habia pagado" posterior a ello me asignan habitación y me dan la 524, debajo de la alberca y que se escuchaba todo el ruido por la mañana al prender la alberca o llenarla (desconozco el motivo), asi como la persona que me apoyo en llevarme a la habitación no me ayudo con mi maleta apesar de ver que llevaba una pequeña, no se si sea obligación pero siempre me ayudan y yo les doy una propina, también como a las 8/9 de la mañana pasan tocando a las habitaciones y solo contestan que "es para verificar" (no entiendo que verifican) a lo cual es molesto por que voy a descansar, nunca me habia sucedido en este hotel ya que siempre me habia ido "bien" también los dias que estuve no hixieron limpieza al cuarto, solamente tendian la cama y ni las mesitas limpiaban menos el suelo, tambien pregunte el costo de las habitaciones por que segun la PROFECO deben estar a la entrada pero me dijeron que ellos no lo pinen por que cambia conforme las fechas, asi como se descompuso el elevador y al encontrarme en el piso 5 fue molesto, desconozco si han realizado cambio de personal o algo pero van varias ocasiones que me he hospedado en este hotel y ahora si perdieron totalmente la atención. NO TOME FOTOS POR QUE NO LO CREI NECESARIO, solamente de la mesa despues de ya haber pasado a limpiar.
