Rm: 3317, Great views, the apartment was a little difficult to find but Haroon did try to assist with sending us messages. However, without data roaming in UAE, we only got his messages a little late when we connected to Kempinski Residences, which was wehere the studio was. The instructions on the website to get to the studio could be a more informative/instructive. Room was generally ok, but looking tried especially the wooden flooring needs to be fixed (See photos). The floor was spongy with a lot of planks starting to warp and come off, enough that it was uneven & we kept tripping. For what we paid (close to USD190/nt), we felt the accommodation was expensive as there were a few maintenance issues: floor, toilet seat (loose seat), cooking utensils (very little), crockery (very little), broken standing lamp (we did not bother to report this as we hardly used it), bedside table lamps only switched on at the main power point which defeated its use as bedside lamps. For the price we paid, there should be no maintenance issues. The studio is on the 33rd floor but you can still hear the traffic noise throughout the night. Great location, not far from Dubai Metro & right next to Dubai mall & Burj Khalifa
