Als wir angekommen sind, konnte unsere Buchung nicht gefunden werden. Das Personal war sehr ungeduldig und unfreundlich. Es sollten Nachweise und Bestätigungen entrichtet werden und es wurde unterschiedlich vorgegangen. Anfangs wollte man uns kein Zimmer geben und man hatte uns die Schuld gegeben. Bestätigung der Reise lag aber vor und wurde auch vorgezeigt. Nach langem hin und her hatte man uns dann einfach in ein Zimmer gepackt.( Komplett anderes Zimmer was ursprünglich gebucht wurde) Im Zimmer selbst war alles sehr alt und teilweise Renovierungsbedürftig. ( Rahmen vom Fenster viel fast ab, Bett quietschte, Schrank fiel fast auseinander etc.) im Plastikmülleimer befand sich noch Müll vom Kunden zuvor. Das Bad selbst war sauber und in Ordnung. Hier lag die Vermutung nahe, dass man uns einfach in eine „Abstellkammer“ geschickt hat. Frühstück Morgens war super, viel Auswahl und auch lecker. Parkhaus ist vorhanden und der Höchstsatz betrug für 24 Stunden 13€. Parklätze sehr eng aber in sonstigen völlig ok. Lage war auch gut, liegt zwar direkt an der Straße, weshalb es im Zimmer bei offenem Fenster dann sehr laut ist, jedoch ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Nochmal würde ich das Hotel jedoch nicht buchen.
