Not worth the price.
I booked this accommodation and it was confirmed by Hotels.com. Upon arriving to Jeddah, the accommodation was not confirmed. Upon contacting the phone number on the accommodation, the individual I spoke to was kind and willing to help, yet I had to get another individual, who was a local in Jeddah, to assist. Ultimately, the property manager moved us into a different accommodation, yet, it definitely was not easy. He property manager said the new accommodation was an upgrade, yet, I question this. Access to the accommodation was also not straight forward and clear, as we arrived after hours. The kitchen in the accommodation is pretty sparse. I’m an avid and experienced international traveler and have stayed in everything from a hammock in the amazon to 5-star luxury accommodations. The Mabaat - Lulwa Suites was fine, yet I do not feel it is worth the price, especially because of the hassle and lack of confirmation on their side. I am always willing to give a second chance, as things do happen.
