6/10 Good

The property was clean and well maintained, in a great location with easy access to major sites and attractions and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The shower did not have good water pressure, and the water temperature constantly switched from hot to cold on its own. This property as a contactless check in system, where guests complete online registration and receive a PIN number rather than a key card for their door. Ordinarily this process would be great for introverts wanting a quiet accommodation with no interaction with staff, however because I did not have an Italian phone number it was challenging. Travellers from other countries using an E SIM/data only SIM be aware that an Italian phone number is required for access to your room. The whatsapp phone number for the property on their website and physically placarded in the lobby did not work either, so myself and my husband had to wait for over an hour to have back and forth email communication with the property to resolve this issue. That being said, the staff were helpful and prompt in their email responses and if you have an Italian phone number/SIM card you will not encounter this problem. Overall my stay was enjoyable, however the water pressure/temp needs to be addressed and considerations for overseas travellers needs to be taken into account with the virtual check in system.

Excellent location, bed very comfortable, relatively quiet, nice little room. Our only complaint and why it is not 5 stars is due to a faint sewer smell filtering up through the toilet or bidet in the bathroom which was annoying. It was not bad enough to make us want to change rooms or hotels but was annoying and meant we had to leave the vent fan running as much as possible.Other than that we are very pleased with the location and hotel in general for the price we paid.

Good value. But no front desk, therefore no housekeeping. My AC unit was noisy so if you're a light sleeper, you will need earbuds. No closet space and no microwave in the room either. I paid for breakfast but I did not receive any. No information was provided on how to get it either.

There's no hotel employees to help the customers. You have to register yourself on-line, which requires all your information and download a photo of your identification, such as a driver's license or passport. Then you will get a text with your room number and access code to get into the property front door and your room. Our room 567 was tiny, there was less than 12 inches between the end of the bed and the wall. There was very little space for suitcases and the bathroom was also very small, and the temperature on the shower was difficult to control. You had to go up some stairs to get to the very small 3 person elevator. On the plus side the room, halls and lobby was clean. I would never stay in this hotel again.

I didn’t liked that we stayed five nights. They never cleaned the room. We have to get our own towels and they never make the bed. They never clean so the room was dirty and then One day that start raining, the roof was leaking. The bed was getting wet. They did give me another room, but it was an inconvenience I don’t recommend it

Would never book to stay here again. The only good thing is the value and somewhat close to the center. About 15 minutes walking. Problem started right from the first second. There is not physical people there to help you. Everything is done online. When we arrived at 11pm to check-in we had no clue how to get in. Even though i e-mail them in advance and they said anytime is okay. They never sent me the e-mail with the codes and instructions, luckily another traveller told me that i had to whats-app them. After 20 minutes of waiting outside someone finally responded and gave me the code. The bad thing about everything being online is the support when you need it. Next problem, to access the very small elevator, tou have to carry you luggage up about 15 stairs (pic included). Rooms are tiny and also shower is very small. Of course the a/c had to be broken too

Very cool concept in the sense that everything is electronic. Upon online check in, you receive a PIN code that gets you access to the building and your room. No need for key swiping. There is no concierge or front desk staff. Everything is online. Room was very clean, new and modern. Our room was very small with minimal extra space for luggage. We made it work and wasn’t a huge deal for us since we were only there for a couple nights. Our only complaint was the air conditioner…very loud and noisy making it difficult to sleep. I tried changing rooms but there was nothing else available. For a short stay, I would book again.

Impressive high tech
I was quite pleasantly surprised with this place. A great affordable find in a great area. I was expecting an old inn, instead was welcomed with a modern remodeled design that clearly showed thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Comfortable with a great feel of community space. The hallway is impeccably clean and there is always coffee and water available. Note: There is no reception desk. All management is done via the web. I found it quite impressive. It takes a bit of adjusting but I think it works great as it allows for affordable prices. Water and AC sometimes had issues, but it was forgiven given that everything else worked well.

I didn't like that 1. AS an an injured person it was not possible to buy food other than 10 minutes walk away - I paid for the breakfast but didn't go because it was too far for me to walk. I spent many hours engaging with your computer about my TV not working and as I write this it is still not working.

Property is in an excellent location. Room was clean but exceptionally small. Wish that the shared space in the entry had better seating and was more usable, because the room is very small to work from.
