This was one of the best hotels during our trip to europe. We acfually checked in here late at night after leaving another horrid hotel. The ambiance is amazing, the lobby ia perfectly curated and designed. The staff ALL DAY was kind and helpful. The general manager even came over and talked with us. The breakfast was beyond our expectations. This actually might be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Absolutely recommend.

Almost all was good. Only negatives are: phone base in room is flimsy. Needs to be fixed to the table. Lighting at toilet mirror very poor. Can hardly see face when shaving. Needs shaving mirror. Sauna is excellent but requiring bathing suits is not hygienic. This should be nude or optional

Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig person som gjorde allt för att ge oss en trivsam och smidig upplevelse av hotellet och Budapest. Frukosten var underbart god. Extremely pleased with this hotel. Top notch property. Location not very central but short walks to everything and I liked living in an area a bit away from the main tourist spots. One little thing: Gym is ok, but not possible to train the back due to lack of machine for that.
