The highlight of my trip to Japan!
I really liked this little tucked away charm of Mt.Fuji. The place seemed a bit barren, like it had used to be really popular. The grounds were really nice and there is a really nice field for viewing Fujisan. I hope that business heightens for this hotel as I think it was the best part of my stay in Japan. They run shuttle buses, have tennis courts, a pool, plenty of snow in the winter, frozen ponds and all around amazing service. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be back and be telling all my friends and family.

Dont forget to call the shuttle service that hotel provides. There is very limited transportation in the area. Place is very relaxing and a lot of amenities available. The staff is very friendly and would even go above and beyond the service they provide. The front desk person drove us to the market just to buy the fuji apple that we wanted before getting dropped off the train station. The breakfast was good.

Good quiet location for relaxed stay. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Spacious room. Closer and easy access by car to popular spots nearby. Tennis court indoor was nicely maintained. Property is a bit outdated, needs update especially room interior furniture, bed and air conditioner.

the room needs a real update😓 the room was hot when we came in and only have old 1 ac for 2 bedroom style 1 small tv. the resort staffs were all friendly and nice, the resort is huge with many recreational activities to do, the breakfast buffet was good but dinner menu is very disappointing😓lools like a food variety dish of pre heat foods from gyoumu supermarket😅 hoping just for now.
