Really disappointed
We went to check in and had to wait for front desk to finish speaking to each other. We were then sent to two rooms which weren’t for us. After we were given the keys for the third room we arrived to find the door completely open. We checked no one was in there. When we looked around the room we found plasters still on the floor and rubbish by the side of the bed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great. We were told that after 10:30pm we were would be unable to get into the hotel. If I had known this I wouldn’t have booked the hotel as I had a flight back at 11pm that day and so instead booked a new flight. We would have loved to have made a real day of our stay but had to come early. We had in room dining and found that when the food arrived it wasn’t very nice and the pasta dish didn’t have everything it was meant to. We had checked prior to see if we could go in the pool after check out and we were told we could and were never told about a time limit. However after checking out we were told we had an hour maximum. We decided to just pack up and leave instead. I was really looking forward to this stay but was really disappointed as a whole.

Was excellent service, however having said that so it should be for the price. Issues were control of lighting grouped and not easy and no idea how to operate the coffee machine (or it was broken.. LOL)

Cannot fault this hotel and Jermaine on front desk was super helpful and made the stay perfect from check in to check out. The pool was the icing on the cake! Will be back for sure.
